I missed the presser, are there additional measures beyond the $200m in funding for regional airlines? If not I fail to see how this is going to move the dial for anyone other than REX (in a listed context). The devil will be in the detail but at first glance I’m not even convinced this helps that much. Rex has hedged it’s fuel for CY20 so won’t be saving much there notwithstanding lower crude oil prices (jet fuel is c 15% of their operating costs) capacity/load factor is still going to be smashed etc so I don’t see how the market can re-rate it from its current market cap when it’s going to be marginal at best for next 12 months
