Who would be causing this "Rerate" and why?
What target holding percentage do they desire and why?
The Who - I'm not sure of, but it did start around the same time as the institutional capital raise participants entered the Wrkr register (smart money).
The Why - that's easy, make money and/or control.
Question is now - if "they" want a controlling share of the company, what's their intentions or end plan?? Also, they must continue to buy online and/or execute off market trades if this theory is true and "they" also must understand Wrkr's true value, which will be much greater than the current share price, IMO.
Management's attitude towards their shareholders at Wrkr is excellent, answering many questions in the webinar below.
It's great to be a part of the Wrkr story and it's fantastic to know management and the Wrkr team are the "real deal".
