they ramp ISIS and then place dummy bids on the buy.
Only problem is these dummy bids disappear and that is why i believe we will see .009 and lower short term.
IMO be careful as the majority of bids at .008 .009 and .01 are dummy bids.
Already bids at .01 are disappearing.
