    directors willing to pay a premium for new issues

    this is just a bad time for exploring juniors like drx

    they'll need a definitive forward plan to rise some interests

    it's got good resource, but the future is too uncertain

    maybe they'll find a strong partner and sell half the stake of cyclone or simply sell the whole business

    Andrew Tsang is said to have connection with Chinese big industrials that are interested in heavy mineral sands.

    Just have to wait and see
