Interesting to compare this period (from OTC ann until now) with that from the recent CR to OTC ann. Table below gives an overview. It seems Morgan Stanley, Citi Global, Deutsche Securities are the most relentless sellers. Interestingly, by far the most active broker is CS: they make up over 50% of all trades in both periods. But they act much more on both sides of the market with sell percentages around 60% (sell percentage of 50% means that they buy as much a they sell). So they are just trading it up and down, I guess, while Morgan Stanley, Citi Global, and Deutsche Securities have a more clear goal of selling,

It is good to see Pershing, RBS Morgan, Paterson Securities, and Instinet Australia switching to the "right" side of the market. Hopefully the end of the downturn is near (I thought of creating a new thread "The end is near" -- optimistically meaning the end of the recent SP decline -- but worried about the karma police so decided to keep it here).
