    Hi @Jack1960,
    I think you have it spot on except for the comment about the IQbuds at $US99. IMO they are aiming to sell into the generic wireless earbud market to run out the final stocks of IQbuds before withdrawing them from sale. At that price they are selling them at or below the cost price.
    I think they don't want to still be selling the original IQbuds when they launch the IQMax.
