Although I’m not sure what the estimates were, the fact that they increased revenue/profit whilst cycling through the previous QTR y-o-y with the increased ventilator sales due to Covid was an amazing achievement.
The highlight of the report was this statement which speaks of the strong confidence going forward.
”At this time of incredible demand for ResMed products, we are doing everything we can to increase our manufacturing of sleep and respiratory care devices. Our global team is supporting patients, providers, and physicians with our priority to get products directly into the hands of patients who need therapy most.”
Resmed tends to have a hissy fit and the share price goes down 15-20% after a report over a few days. Will definitely add to my position and persuade the family to finally get into Resmed shares.
