Unlike the last rights issue, this time around there would seem to be some market support for the stock ex-rights. Perhaps there are enough safe-guards in place to get the capital raising away at 8 cents? Even outside punters asking about how to get hold of the rights!
The macro picture is also looking promising. Just found this report published Thursday;
