thanks for the analysis but I am not sure you are comparing the correct values.
The pricing values you state look like they are ADB (air dried basis) whereas the TVN value of 6635 is DAF (dry ash free).
TVNs actual ADB value is 4076 which does not appear on your pricing summary.
That was the first thing I looked for in today's announcement.
