Interesting timing 12-24 months out for promotion to Finance Manager. That's when they would be expecting the operating budget to be in place, revenue flowing, payroll and expenses generally increasing and multiple currency exchange rate risks needing daily management. And all this the context of an 18 month construction lead time.
Hmmm, this is a strong sign that a final decision on Ancuabe is very close indeed.
