Ive sold 15 mill esioa over the last few weeks.
Anything to do with the Govt and ECT gives Me the hebbie gebbies...brings back memories of waiting months for the ALDP outcome.
I still have 8 mill esi.
But depending on The Australian Government to make a ruling on a foreign company in India claiming back $10 to $30 million dollars plus interest and ongoing costs....
Anyone got data on previous rulings for Australian Companys getting RnD rebates from overseas company's?
