Personally I’ve got about 70% of my portfolio in what I see as asset backed value dividend shares like sgr. I’m accumulating around here seeing it as an opportunity & trying to block out short term noise. I think that these types of assets are really undervalued in the context of such low returns & comparative security elsewhere.
