    Laurenj, if this is of any guide to go by, have a look at the timespan of Cougar’s previous legal wrangle with a Canadian mining company. Fortunately, Cougar won the arbitration although, as far as I know, still awaits settlement. Cougar should just stay clear of Canadian operators, imo.
