Ubid, right on! And a couple of other things about the negativity towards Tassie by some. - The West Coast of Tas has been successfully mined for over a century. -Several old mines have re opened in recent years. -The community there is extremely supportive of mining. -The government is staring down a billion $ shortfall in revenue and will be desperate to facilitate any job or royalty producing business. -The labour government is virtually un electable so should a liberal govt be returned the Greens ability to influence govt decisions will disipate.
The results so far are very impressive and the rest of their tenement portfolio can almost certainly be expected to return resources that add up to profitable mining ventures. The Mt Read volcanics have many jewels yet to be unearthed, imo!!
That said I acknowlege that PNG is the main game but in the wet season there the Tas tenements provide a great alternative to doing very little!
