Here is how I see it,
Company MC Cash Trading x cash
IGR 391m 21m- 10 m 39.1 times
(11m debt)
FML 207m 18m 11.5 times
SLR 667m 98m 6.8 times
NST 368m 84m 4.4 times
RMS 260m 102m 2.5 times
I am not bashing other producers here, just comparing them.
If RMS were trading at 4.4 times their cash (like NST) with 336m shares on issue they would be $1.34 per share.
If they were trading at 6.8 times (SLR) they would be $2.06.
So I think a fair price to be between $1.34 and $2.06, in the middle $1.70.
Try 39 times (IGR) and they would be $11.84!
It looks pretty obvious to me where the value is!
