Those who are underwriters include JB Were, Macquarie, Merrill Lynch and RBS. None can put out recommendations or targets.

However between them they earn $60m to raise $756m or nearly 8% of the issue. Nice work if you can get it.

It also means they will work hard to get the issue away which is still in progress.
