    I am feeling quite relaxed about this project going ahead due to the targeted market - Electricity.

    SE QLD is still growing, I think it is very unlikely we will have a recession. A peak capable power station (like a gas turbine) can generate profits no matter the economic climate, and especially if Carbon Trading puts a large economic burden on Coal Fired Power Stations.
