Does anyone have an experience or knowledge of what usually happens when finance in announced for a project? Obviously it means the project will be going ahead, but also usually means someone else has a huge stake. For a company with a market cap of 600mil or so we are looking at someone taking a stake 3 times larger than everyone who owns right now potentially.
