    A bit of both I imagine. NCM has been held back because of the POG in AUD. But now it is the 4th biggest Gold produce globally things might change.
    NCM was $30 when POG was about $800 in USD a couple of years ago, so NCM not running on the USD gold price. Tick by tick lately it might seem so, but longer term definitely not.
