well covenants sometimes mean that when the headroom has gone a good old re-fi is needed.
wonder if a convertible note is in the works?
nothing like some dilution upon a pivotal event and the cluster f$&@ that might come when the principal is due and payable..
but you know some are confident. So perhaps they will get a bullet bond only payable upon achieving the efool turtles Fy2021 financial forecast..
