Its a good short. Take a walk through the cologne section of Myers and you'll understand why prices for Indian sandalwood are overly optimistic. Not to mention it is highly doubtful this company or any others in the sector will produce the oil yields forecast.
Until they produce core samples showing oil yields are on track I'd be using any rally to exit or short. Reality always comes to bear in these schemes.
