G'day Nq6. It's something that could happen but very hard for us layman to be privy to info before many insiders, imo.

I remember vividly on POK when a poster, I'm annoyed i can't remember who, posted on this stock about state approval to access their land, I believe, was posted here before the ASX announcement. There is always that little window allowing for delays and time differences and preparing and announcement. FANTASTIC work by that poster and is always possible if you have astute people on HC who have the time to persue these things.

Nevertheless given favorable announcements it would be far from diabolical if you enter the stock at this time, imo, it would be primed for some rally notwithstanding it would need to attract some serious institutional support
