I just spoke to the Macquarie small cap fund manager and he confirmed that they have been dumping the stock.

I asked if they didn't belive in the story anymore and he said that wasn't the case - they would just rather invest in a Iron Ore play currently in production - ie MT Gibson.

I think this is very short sighted of them - typical of fund managers.

They have dumped around 4 million shares all on market over the last month and a half - the main contributor to the price being smacked!

They have little stock left now so i would expect the price to creep back up over the next 2 weeks as the heavy selling eases and buyers have to pay up.
