rigormortis, you stated in your previous post "I should have added that the issue of more shares will dilute the sp correspondingly eg 1 for 1 means doubling the numbers of shares".
The letter to shareholders refers to the transfer of existing shares, no further shares will be issued under the DOCA.
Hopefully, the DOCA will go ahead as planned, I can't see any better deal for shareholders. Though I fear that EDF and CNNC have not finished their assault on PDN.
