I never thought I'd agree with Tangentland but it's strange days indeed.

I'm coming to the conclusion that there are ppl on this forum who are not as well intentioned and benign as they purport to be.

And I find the statement that $20 TO would be acceptable because the current SP is $10.51 to be fatuous in the extreme.
Not only is the BOD is under no obligation to accept any offer, they have some options available to maybe bump up the current SP.

I've called out ppl who unnecessarily pumping the SP so it's only fair I do the same for ppl trying to suppress the SP.
While there have been some wildly unrealistic expectations of the future SP, I've said before that I broadly agree with Wilsons view.
This thread, IMO, was started with the sole intention of lowering expectations as to what is an acceptable TO offer. Nothing to do with been 'conservative'.

If low $20s was the best offer they could get, I'd prefer to hold on for 5-6 yrs and let the PH3 results play out.
