Tough story parkera, you've got my sympathy.
I averaged down a while back from 16c after sitting on a 50% loss and worse, and am really glad I did. At the time, I believed we were on the right track, just as our directors had signaled with their buying. There is no way AVB's resources are going to get any smaller, so I see only upside from here, it is just a question of when.
