Conditions have not improved since Q4 FY23. In fact they have deteriorated further.
Amcor already gave weak guidance for 1HFY24, but said they expected a recovery into 2HFY24. This is at risk of disappointment given further deterioration in conditions.
Market also now starting to factor in higher interest rates for longer.

There will be time to start accumulating, but in my opinion, that time is not yet.
