If the business is going so well that they dont need the funding, as some have alluded to here by adducing evidence that the con note remains unsubscribed, and therefore auditors concerns are now nulll and void why isn't it trading?
If the Company is financially stable and could thus announce details to the market to that effect then why would the management NOT want it to trade to see the share price rally and strengthen its hand in negotiations with all these groups allegedly dying to throw money at it?
