This is the set up for one of the fb rider delivery groups. They work out the distance and then use the groups rate guide as a way to price the job. Riders then pm the poster to accept the job. It’s big business in Philippines, especially with traffic congestion in cars. If you have been to Manila and stuck in peak traffic you will know what I mean.
