I think ARPG 24/7 group are independent riders who take work from different motorcycle businesses, a bit like owner operated taxi drivers in Indonesia can take jobs from Uber,Grab or GoJek.
So I don’t think ARPG as a group get any money, I think the riders get the delivery fee and the platform (Ankas/BizmoGo/JoyRide etc) would get around a 20% booking fee for using the platform.
That’s my understanding of how it works but if anyone has other information then it would be good to hear it.
