boomer - i had a quick look at the PDS for the TPAPA. You have a right to redemption in the event of a Change of Control Event.
Change of Control Event is defined on page 126 of the PDS and is narrowly defined to include only a successful takeover offer made under the provisions of chapter 6 or a scheme of arrangement which confers greater than 50% control.
neither of these applies in the situation at hand. Therefore, you do not have a right to redemption.
