    All these "Good" things are not new, in fact, it's old. 2+years old. Everybody know it's coming. If any of them is not getting finished, then the "Good" becomes bad. So the price is very sensitive to the bad news (or further delay)other than "Good" that's coming.

    GBG is running late, very late on its timetable.
