I find trying to understand the share price action really...

I find trying to understand the share price action really interesting. The price seems now to be held down at around the 80c mark despite a strong general market. Aside from the dillution issue, why wouldnt the share price be trading at a premium to the capital raising price? The money obviously reduces debt and will be used to potentially increase income. To my way of thinking - this is clearly an accumulation phase - shares passing to the patient.Its just boring at the moment. If I had some spare cash - I reckon now is the buy time.
