Citi 15/01/2010 1 Reinitiation of coverage - Buy, High Risk $2.10 28.0%
Citi has re-initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy call and $2.10 price target, believing rising agricultural chemical and fertilizer prices and recovering demand at the farm gate will make for improved trading conditions through FY10 and beyond.
The broker also believes that ongoing cost cutting, business restructuring, supply chain improvements and better discipline at the branch level will all add up to better margins in the near-term.
