I do not belive that the S/P will rise much above its present level. As the Grant Samuel report states they only have option vaiue, giving each holder of shares the righs to be part in recap.As for the recap I see share consolidation say 20 to 1 then a discounted share offer raising around 800 million. GPG will gain majority control by underighting offer. I dont belive the offer will be well supported unless it comes with a good divvy.
