Not sure if Ethicon lacks confidence in the Polartechnics product ... but one thing's for sure ... there's a lot of investors who are currently showing a lack of confidence.

The interesting thing was that back in August last year, Polartechnics announced that the "Global Markets Capital Group [USA Company] will undertake a program of accessing the US capital markets for Polartechnics. The program is aimed at increasing shareholder value and broadening Polartechnics' shareholder base by focusing on potential US investors, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and the facilitation of US and international merger and acquisition opportunities."

It looks like some one has done one great job!?
