When I look into Roc Oil besides seeing the reflection of my face I see market conditions pooling to enable Roc to go for a run. I'm more bullish and am looking for a meandering up into the 50's and 60's cents price if the Oil Barrel price behaves itself.
I think there's a few more squirts out of the oil can yet- and some well respected mum's and dad's investors are still holding out hopes.
