Guys, no matter how much we would like to believe that HC has an influence on the share price, it does not. I would agree that it has a role to play in illiquid firms and companies' that have little shares on issue. But it does not and will not have an impact tomorrow on companies that have 500 million shares in the market.
This is in the hands of the institutions and funds tomorrow and major players from overseas who will probably be valuing this transaction [thank goodness for that], its ongoing cashflow, possible new sales and current project assets. This is not even including the goodwill.
I foresee a slight drop at the start and then a massive re-rate upwards via bot buying. PB has done a good job and should be congratulated.
