hi mrbg...anytime the SP goes up they do a dilutive capital raising. Under 35 cents may be a good trade to 40/42 .
Better value around with stocks such as CBD on a PE of 4, in profit. Aks the holders here...they have been waiting a number of years for ICP to deliver....they promise to but it never actually happens.
