Yesterday %56 of trading volume was short selling (9.5m shares)! It seems like CPA became a favourite for shorters!
CPA has the following sub holders:
1- The Vanguard Group Inc. 2- Morgan Stanley Investment Management Ltd 3- ING Group 4- Commonwealth Bank Group 5- Mondrian Investment Partners Limited
I am wondering how the abovenamed instos are allowing the current manipulation of the SP especailly that they bought at 86c through the institutional equity raising just a couple of weeks ago! who knows, maybe they want to buy more at cheaper prices so they aint in hurry to buy at this stage.
Let us remember that the whole XPJ has been falling recently (838 point) which is affecting CPA IMO.
