i think a problem with the AREITs over last year is their div's about 6-7% while banks have div of 6% fully franked. however now plenty commentators saying banks are ex growth while most AREITS trading below NTA so this will hopefully play to comm property advantage in the future
personally i have bought more CPA at 85c and 82.5c in last few weeks.
Hopefully 2011 will be the year commercial property returns to its real value
