The real problem is that those on the rig know if the major hurdles have been cleared but NDO are not updating the market.
If the old liner was recovered successfully and the new ECP's on the new liner were successfully inflated then there is little residual risk...
I suspect that there are a few in the know and a lot who are not - which is not ideal coming up to the close of the SPP window.
