dott - you raise a great point re the consolidation. I was actually wondering at the time why they were so quick to change their tune on this. You are probably right in that they expected the SP to be much higher by now and are trying to tame the beast.

That said - I still do not understand the need to consolidate. It's still the same amount of $$$ either way so I assume we are solely talking about perceived value to potential investors and SP investing rules that some follow.
