    5hare - agree management is not to be blamed for sp.

    However many investment funds, superannuation funds, 401Ks and so forth are not allowed to invest in companies that have a share price below a certain amount eg. A$ 0.5 to A$ 1.00 hence a reverse split would most likely make the company more attractive for institutional investors IMO.
