the SP has been range bound between $170 and $2 for a number of months now. this can be attributed to the operational issues restarting the Mittel mine, as well as problems with the mining contractor and a seismic event as noted in the companies quarterly announcements. The strong aussie dollar relative to the US$ has not helped either.
That said, the surging nickel price, exploration upside with the potential repetition of the Otter-Juan ore body on the other side of one of the fault lines in Kambalda (which fingers crossed, may be an ultra sized nickel ore body), plus success at Tottenham could mean the company will be re-rated in the next few months. We should see some positive broker recommendations come out soon to reflect these positive developments...
