if it is all the same to you I would rather Warren in oz than japan atm.

What was the thoughts re how long to build a rig? 3 or 4 a year? Think they may have plenty to keep them busy.

I wonder if they can ramp up production of rigs? I would assume Warren plays an integral part in the actual building so I am not sure if production of rigs actually couyld be ramped up?

I guess if there is enough cash anything is possible
