You would have to expect that there could be more than one large holder selling.We have had some pretty unhappy people through the company recently who would want out.Also I am not sure if there are many spec punters around.
It is great to see Peter involved in the last deal-he must have been through a hard time with all the changes over the last couple of years.
Just been to BKK for a few days.This is the city if ever there was one ready for EVR.The toll road from the business district to the airport carries 1 million cars a day.It needs to go compulsory to probably convince the punters -which is where it must be heading,it is only a matter of a date.Also I can see the use for traffic management with the volume of cars and bikes.
Cannot see now as the time to be negative.
