ARU's share price should be a lot higher than it is, however, those sophisticated investors that bought in late last year? are now selling and moving on. This is always a problem with those kinds of fund raisings as they are not loyal investors who understand the business. They are put in there by their brokers in the hope of making a quick profit and when this is not happening they move on.
Any future fund raisings should take a look at what Origin did,....a rights issue for all shareholders at a good discount to the market.No more cozy deals with brokers that cost the company and cost shareholders for the next six months !
On the positive side, the current price represents good buying, assuming the shares arent being sold down for any other reason.
