A sad day for the Australian bio-world and sympathies with shareholders. Check the share trading policy of PXS - blackout periods do come into force:
*Trading Blackout Periods remain in force until advised by the Company Secretary. Typically the Company Secretary will close a Trading Blackout Period following release to the market of any one of the following Company announcements:
Quarterly Report to Shareholders;
Updated Investor Presentation;
Annual General Meeting*
Was an updated investor presentation released on the 24/05 via a conference call? I note a Director sold a substantial amount of shares previous to this date (17/05). Does this comply with their Share Trading Policy released on the 21/12/10? No idea.
