Hi the recent appointment of two Hgh Profile directors Ian Fry as CEO at the last general meeting ( His remuneration consists of options exersizable at different times at prices set on a performence basis ) and the latest David Mayfield as Chief Financial Officer . He is also Group Financial Controller for Feltex Carpets a N Z stock exchange listed company with annual revenue of A $ 300 million . Powertell is performing well ( Major shareholder TVG ) and I would expect NCA to do the same after the share consolidation and some more Dead Wood cleaned out Cheers Towie
